Korinne (KoKo) McFadden has been a full-time real estate agent since 2013. Licensed with the State of New Jersey. Actively serving Union, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties. She also worked in a supportive capacity within the commercial mortgage business for over 10 years in Corporate America.

She specializes in Residential Real Estate and building lasting relationships. Her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients. She is passionate about helping her clients find exactly what they are looking for in today's market.

She takes her responsibility as a leader seriously and is focused on becoming one of the best trained in the business. She has earned the PSA designation. And is embarking upon her ABR, SRES, & CRS. She has also completed training with some of the industry's leading REALTORS®, Brokers, and well known Trainers.

Korinne and her office are members of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Korinne believes that being a REALTOR® is more than professional associations. REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work. Korinne helps by donating to the local schools, sports teams, and Habitat for Humanity. 

Personal

KoKo has lived in NJ for over 20 years. In her off time she reads and enjoys everything music, beauty, & wellness. She is also a licensed Cosmetologist, Massage Therapist, MakeUp Artist, and Reiki Master. She contributes to the Healing Hands foundation with her essential oils business as a Wellness Advocate for doTerra. Her plans to open a full service salon & spa is in the works!
